Email Us - If you are a NuSphere customer with an active maintenance contract, a member of our technical team will respond to your email within 24 hours. For evaluators and other non-paying prospects, your request will be responded to in the order by which it was received. To request support via email, simply complete a short form.
NuSphere Technical Support hours are Monday thru Friday from 8a.m. to 5p.m. EST.
